Internals - Research

The research portfolio oversees the amazing research that we have at our conference! They organize the selection of student presenters from different faculties, the marking of presentations, assist in recruiting panel speakers and work closely with the logistics portfolio to make an all-rounded internals team!

Externals - Marketing and Outreach

The Externals portfolio is responsible for all communications surrounding our events. Their duties ranges from managing this website, to operating our social media accounts, to organizing all e-mail communication, and even designing all of our promotional material.

Internals - Logistics

The logistics portfolio manages all of the key planning necessary for our Expo and Conference. They are in charge of hiring judges, keynote and panel speakers, managing conference sales, and all of the hidden details in operating a smooth and successful event!

Finance

The Finance portfolio oversees all the finances of the WSRC. This includes establishing and maintaining partnerships with sponsorships from Western organizations and external corporations, budget planning and club financing.
